I want to earn a bit of extra cash on the internet. I was thinking of setting up a blog. Is that a good way of making a bit of money (not to earn an income, something like 50 quid a week would be plenty)?How do I go about setting up a blog and what would be a good thing to put on my blog? Any suggestions much appreciated

Does anyone know the mechanics of how one might make money by setting up his or her own blog? Do you attract advertisers? How do you set up a fee, if that is what you do? Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
