create a blog for free: blogger.com, or wordpress.com
You should write good articles and keep updating.
After you got high traffic, you can make money by placing ads(like adsense) on your blog.

you don’t need to be good at anything except of course expressing yourself to blog.There are a many websites that offer blogging platforms for free like blogger.com, wordpress.com., etc.
But since you are talking about making money from the blog, i will advice you to go with blogger.com.You just need a google account to login to this site.It is ofcourse free.
But remember one thing make money out of a blog is not at all an easy task, you have to work very hard, update your blog regularly, create a strong base of readers, promote your blog every where.etc., etc.,
Usually the average clicks for an Ad on a blog is about 0.8 to 3 %
that means for every 100 visitors, that visit your blog, there is a chance that you may get upto 3 ad clicks, google adsense gives around $0.27 for an adclick.So calluculate all that stuff you know the chance of winning this game.

Yeah you may make money from your blog easily
use adsense and find for blog making tutiorials on youtube videos, it would help you out, http://nilums.blogspot.com its my blog but when i started bloging i was blank of it, but now i have made it superb
