How can I make money with a blog and how much can i make a week? Also how do i get more traffic?

Like if I worked for a car magazine such of Car And Driver, Motor Trend, or even Hot Rod. How much money do they make?

I calculated my earnings I will make for this year, so how much money will I get back in taxes?
I am going to make 28000 this year….
I am sooo curious….

Nearly everyone who spends a good amount of time on the Internet knows how phenomenal blogging has been in terms of income potential. Success doesn’t happen overnight, though, and those who want to give it a shot will usually need a lot of patience and dedication before they can actually start earning income. However, a blog making money is not exactly a secret nor a mystery. This means anyone who’s serious about doing it won’t have such a hard time knowing how. That’s because there’s practically a wealth of resources for aspiring pro-bloggers.

To make money with blog posts then, what does it really take? What makes a blog likely to succeed? There are many things you can do and you can actually keep exploring and discovering new techniques. But for starters, you can begin with three very important pointers.

First, when you choose a topic, choose one that you’re genuinely interested in and knowledgeable about. It’s important to know what other people might want to read about for the reason that these are the people who will make money out of your blog. But whatever you end up blogging about should be something you are interested in or you’ll never have the enthusiasm nor the drive to write.

People can tell if you’re faking and they won’t like it. When you want a blog that makes money, you can’t afford to make readers not like your blog. So you have to make sure that you write about something that you like from within. Otherwise, there’s no way of pretending things are going to work out and you may as well move on to another project. Remember, blogging is a form of self-expression and you can’t possibly express something that’s not from within.

Second, it’s also a good idea to diversify your moneymaking strategies in order to maximize your blog’s income potential. For example, even if you’re directly promoting your products and services on that blog, you can partner with Google Adsense or affiliate sites and have them post their ads on your page. With each click that people make on those ads, you earn a commission. The amount may not be huge at first, but as you build your traffic and as more people click on those ads, you’ll eventually be making incredible amounts like many successful bloggers out there. This is going to need a lot of time, though, as you will have to establish your reliability with readers in the beginning. But eventually, you’ll earn your respect and you’ll start seeing the results as your blog becomes more and more popular and your ads more and more clicked. Of course, when choosing ads to post on your blog, have those that are relevant to the topic you blog about. For example, if you talk about computers, don’t put an ad for a miracle dishwashing detergent. The reason is obvious.

I want to start a web blog site. I have tons of time to blog plus I want to make money by advertising buisness on the site. Where do I start?

seriously, i heard that blogging, with the right advertisers in it, you can earn hundreds of dollars, just by blogging. so now im a member of blogchex.com, and they pay you in the first place but i dunno where or how to start! how can i put my referral banners in there? can you gimme some links or advice on how to get started? i want step-by-step instructions since i really have no idea.. thanks.

Once you’ve set everything up with your blog provider and decided what topic to blog about, you’re going to have to decide what products you’ll be selling on your blog. Definitely, common sense plays a big part in this aspect. If you’re going to blog about keeping computers in top shape, you can’t perhaps put ads about weight loss on your blog.

Definitely, you need to advertise products that are related to your topic like registry cleaners or anti-virus software. The reason is simple. A person who comes to read a blog about computers will not be looking for products other than those related to computers. If you put ads for products that are unrelated to your topic, that blog will not get you anywhere.

Choosing your topic can also be a very crucial step in making money blogs. There are many topics out there that many bloggers have been writing about. Choosing products to sell is another important step. Definitely, you need to choose those that are related to your blog. Once you’ve decided what these will be, look for sources of ads that you can post on your blog. Affiliate marketing is a good way to get those and you can do this by signing up for an affiliate program in sites like Amazon or eBay.

These sites will give you the option to choose which products you actually want to sell. Whatever you choose, you can handpick them and each time you make a sale on any of those ads, you earn your commission. Again, make sure you choose products that are connected to what you’re blogging about because these are the ones that will most likely be appreciated and clicked by those who will come to read your blog.
